Saints TE Orson Charles Suspended One Game For Personal Conduct Violation

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Saints TE Orson Charles has been suspended without pay for the first game of the season for violating the NFL Personal Conduct Policy.

Charles, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2012. He lasted just over two years in Cincinnati before he was waived.

Charles later signed to the Titans practice squad only be released a few weeks later. The Saints gave him a shot last year and wound up signing him to a future/reserve contract towards the end of the year.

In 2013, Charles appeared in 13 games and caught just a single pass for eight years.
