The New Orleans Saints officially waived OT Jeromy Irwin on Thursday.
Irwin, 24, wound up going undrafted out of Colorado a few weeks ago before signing on with the Saints. According to Nick Underhill, the Saints gave Irwin an $8,500 signing bonus and guaranteed $15K of his base salary as part of his agreement.
During his college carer at Colorado, Irwin appeared in 46 games and made 36 starts. He earned second-team All-Pac-12 honors during his senior season.
