Saints WR Marques Colston Likely “Moving On”

ESPN’s Adam Schefter has a feeling that Saints WR Marques Colston will be “moving on” in the coming weeks rather than returning to New Orleans.

This is just another indication that Colston will be playing elsewhere next season as several reports have suggested as much in the last few months. New Orleans chose to tag Drew Brees instead of giving in to his contract demands but by doing so; they will allow both Colston and G Carl Nicks to test the open market.

A number of NFL teams are looking for a big-receiver that help can their passing games’ so Colston will almost certainly have a number of quality options to consider.

Colston has been linked to the Bears, Redskins and 49ers in previous reports but there are plenty of other options available.

Yes, I would think so. Especially if they miss out on Vincent Jackson but they’re a chance that they could end up with Justin Blackmon in this years draft.
