Here’s a look at some of the standout players from today.
Cordy Glenn – posted a ridiculous 40 time of 4.96. The guy weighs over 340 pounds and moves as well as any lineman in this years draft. Projected G but should get a shot to prove that he can play OT
Riley Reiff – Looks very athletic but has shorter than desired arms for an OT. Joe Thomas has had a great career despite having a similar arm length so it’s not exactly a huge deficiency.
Matt Kalil – Consensus #1 offensive lineman in this years draft has done everything he needed to do to verify the buzz surrounding him. Posted a great 4.96 40 time. Should be first OT off the board.
Michael Brockers – Drawing lot’s of interest after showing a wingspan 83 7/8 inches along with 35-inch arms. He’s in a great position to be one of the standouts from this years Combine and possibly a top-ten pick.
David DeCastro – Another guy that helped to verify the previous buzz surrounding him. Nothing overwhelmingly amazing to note but should be a strong consideration for any team in o-line help.
Kevin Zeitler – Has a great build and plenty of athleticism could end up being taken in the second-round.
