Seahawks Brought In LB Terence Garvin For Visit

The Seahawks hosted free agent LB Terence Garvin for a visit on Wednesday, according to Sheil Kapadia.

Seattle also met with LB Gerald Hodges and have been in the market for linebacker help, so it will be interesting to see who they add in the coming days/weeks.

Garvin, 26, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia back in 2013. He returned to Pittsburgh on a one-year deal in 2015 but Pittsburgh declined to tender him a restricted offer.

Garvin later signed a one-year contract with the Redskins and is once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2016, Garvin appeared in all 16 games for the Redskins and recorded 16 tackles and a half sack.
