Seahawks Considering Signing LB Bryan Braman

Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times is hearing that the Seahawks are “considering” signing free agent DE Bryan Braman now that DB Dewey McDonald is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Braman, 30, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of West Texas A&M back in 2011. He spent three years in Houston before signing on with the Eagles and playing another three seasons for Philadelphia.

The Saints signed Braman to a contract during the preseason but released him a few weeks later.

In 2016, Braman appeared in all 16 games and recorded five tackles, largely as a special teams contributor.
