According to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chroncile, free agent OT Donald Penn has interest from the Seahawks, Giants, and Raiders. However, Tafur mentions that Oakland is a possibility for the “right price”
Previous reports have said that Penn could still be back with the Raiders, but indications have been that they may not be the top bidder for hi after they signed OL Kelechi Osemele to a massive contract.
Penn, 32, finished out his two-year, $9.6 million contract that he signed in 2014 after being released by the Buccaneers and among the best available offensive tackles in this year’s free agent market.
In 2015, Penn appeared in all 16 games and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 10 overall tackle last season.
