Seahawks Promote WR David Moore From Practice Squad

The Seattle Seahawks announced that they have promoted WR David Moore from the practice squad to their active roster.

Seattle also signed FB Kyle Coleman and LB Kache Palacio to their practice squad.

The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. C Joey Hunt
  2. TE Tyrone Swoope
  3. DB Mike Tyson
  4. QB Trevone Boykin
  5. DB Akeem King (Injured)
  6. DT Rodney Coe
  7. OT Isaiah Battle
  8. LB Paul Dawson
  9. DB Trovon Reed
  10. FB Kyle Coleman
  11. LB Kache Palacio

Moore, 22, is a former seventh-round pick out of East Central by the Seahawks in this year’s draft. He is in the first year of a four-year, $2.48 million rookie contract and is set to make a base salary of $465,000 this season.

Seattle wound up waiving him as they trimmed their roster down to the 53-man limit but signed him to their practice squad once he cleared waivers.

He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
