Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll mentioned that RB Marshawn Lynch could be a game-time decision after dealing with back spasms throughout the week.
“We need to see what happens after he practices today,” said Carroll, per Bill Swartz of EPSN. “He looks fast. He looks quick. He looks like he’s in great shape. He’s got to get clearance from the doctors, so it’s out of our hands. We’ll go day-to-day and take it right up to game time.”
Lynch is definitely an important weapon to the Seahawks’ offense, but rookie Robert Turbin should be ready to go if Lynch sits out Week 1. This will certainly be a situation to monitor over the weekend if you happen to own him in a fantasy league.
