Field Yates of ESPN reports that the Seahawks have released FB Will Tukuafu on Wednesday.
Tukuafu, 32, originally signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Oregon back in 2010. However, he lasted just a few months in Seattle before he was cut and later signed by the 49ers.
After three years in San Francisco, Tukuafu returned to the Seahawks during the 2014 season and remained with Seattle through the 2015 season. Unfortunately, Tukuafu was among the Seahawks roster cuts coming out of the preseason, but was later re-signed a week into the season.
This season, Tukuafu has been active for one game.
