Seahawks Sign CB A.J. Jefferson

Ken Sarnoff, the agent for veteran CB A.J. Jefferson, announced via his Twitter account that his client has signed with the Seattle Seahawks.

This comes about a week after reports mentioned that Jefferson was working out for Seattle.

Jefferson, 26, was released by the Vikings back in November of last year after he was arrested for probable cause in domestic assault case.

He was in his fourth year in the NFL and was set to become an unrestricted free agent following the season, but never caught on with a team. He also suffered a neck injury last season.

In 2013, Jefferson contributed five tackles, one interception and a single pass defensed in 10 games.
