Seahawks Sign Third-Round CB Shaquill Griffin & S Delano Hill

The Seattle Seahawks officially signed third-round CB Shaquill Griffin and S Delano Hill to four-year rookie contracts on Thursday.

Griffin, 21, was selected by the Seahawks with the No. 90 overall pick. According to OverTheCap.com, Griffin will receive a four-year contract worth $3,158,620, which includes a signing bonus of $758,620.

During his four-year college career at American University,  Griffin 113 total tackles, three tackles for loss, six interceptions, 27 pass defenses, one fumble recovery, and scored two defensive touchdowns.

Hill, 21, was selected by the Seahawks with the No. 95 overall pick after they elected to trade down from the No. 26 overall pick with the Falcons. In total, Seattle acquired a first-, third-, and seventh-round picks in this year’s draft.

According to OverTheCap.com, Hill will receive a four-year contract worth $3,127,476, which includes a signing bonus of $727,476.

During his four-year college career at Michigan, Hill recorded 117 total tackles, seven tackles for loss, three interceptions, five pass defenses, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and scored one defensive touchdown.
