The Seahawks’ practice squad now consists of:

Brent, 24, wound up signing on with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Wake Forest back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Broncos cut him loose coming out of the preseason and later signed him to their practice squad.

He was waived at the start of the season and spent his rookie year on the Raiders’ practice squad before returning to the team on a future/reserve contract this past January.

Unfortunately, the Raiders elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.

During his college career at South Carolina and Wake Forest, Brent caught 56 passes for 735 yards receiving and two touchdowns over the course of 33 games.
