The Seattle Seahawks announced that they have officially signed LB Terence Garvin to a contract.
Seattle hosted Garvin for a visit on Wednesday and have clearly been in the market for linebacker help in recent weeks.
Garvin, 26, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of West Virginia back in 2013. He returned to Pittsburgh on a one-year deal in 2015 but Pittsburgh declined to tender him a restricted offer.
Garvin later signed a one-year contract with the Redskins and was once again testing the open market as an unrestricted free agent.
In 2016, Garvin appeared in all 16 games for the Redskins and recorded 16 tackles and a half sack.
