Seahawks Worked Out Six Players

According to Howard Balzer, the Seattle Seahawks brought in six free agents for workouts or visits this week including:

  1. G David Bright
  2. DB Tyson Graham
  3. CB Jalen Myrick
  4. RB Troymaine Pope
  5. LB Ejuan Price
  6. DE George Johnson

Of this group, the Seahawks signed Pope to their practice squad.

Myrick, 23, is a former seventh-round pick of the Jaguars back in 2017. He was in the second year of his four-year, $2.49 million contract when the Jaguars elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.

The Vikings signed him to their practice squad after he passed through waivers unclaimed but elected to release him.

Myrick also worked out for the Lions and Raiders recently but left both meetings without a contract.

In 2017, Myrick was active for five games and recorded a pass defense and no tackles. He also totaled 18 kick return yards.
