Steelers Considering TEs Ladarius Green, Coby Fleener & Jared Cook

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Steelers are in the market for a tight end after Heath Miller elected to retire a few weeks ago.

Fleener, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Steelers back in 2012. He’s played out his rookie contract and is now in position to be test the open market as an unrestricted free agent.

In 2015, Fleener appeared in all 16 games and recorded 54 receptions for 491 yards receiving and three touchdowns for the Colts.

Cook, 28, was a big-ticket free agent signing back in 2013. He was entering the fourth year of his  five-year, $35.11 million contract that included $19 million guaranteed when he was released by the Rams a few weeks ago.

In 2015, Cook appeared in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded 39 receptions for 481 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
