Steelers HC Mike Tomlin mentioned that running backs Rashard Mendenhall and Isaac Redman could both play against the Redskins this weekend, per Mike Bires.
Mendenhall has been dealing with an Achilles injury, while Redman has been bothered by a ankle injury. Jonathan Dwyer filled in for the two of them and managed to rush for 122 yards on only 17 carries. At this point in time, both players figure to be questionable for Week 8, but we’ll have a better idea of where things stand by Friday.
