Steelers OLB James Harrison Won’t Play Against Broncos

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison will not play on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos, according to Gerry Dulac on Twitter.

Harrison did not practice for the second day in a row on Friday due to a knee injury and a subsequent offseason surgery. The Steelers have yet to release the official status of Harrison, 34, but it seems very likely that he will be held of ation.

With the veteran outside linebacker set to miss the wildcard rematch in Denver, Pittsburgh will in all likelihood fill the void with Chris Carter and Jason Worilds.
