Steelers veteran CB William Gay announced via his Instagram account that he’s re-signed with the team.
Gay, 31, is a former fifth-round pick of the Steelers back in 2007. He spent the five years of his career in Pittsburgh before signing on with the Cardinals for the 2012 season. However he later returned to the Steelers the following year.
In 2015, Gay appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers and recorded 58 tackles, one sack, two interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown and seven pass defenses.
