Free agent LB Arthur Moats announced via his Twitter account Monday that he’s re-signing with the Steelers.

Moats, 26, appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers and recorded 23 tackles, four sacks, two forced fumbles and a recovery. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 17 outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense out of 46 qualifying players.
