Steelers Rule Out WR Antonio Brown

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports, per a league source, that WR Antonio Brown‘s ankle injury is worse than initially believed and he could “miss a few games.”

The extended loss of Brown could mean trouble with a tough schedule ahead for Pittsburgh, including two games against Baltimore.

Mark Kaboly reports that the Steelers have ruled out WR Antonio Brown for Monday Night’s game against the Chiefs.

Brown has been bothered by an a “mild” high-ankle sprain, so Emmanuel Sanders will start opposite of Mike WallaceJerricho Cotchery should also see an increased number of snaps against Kansas City. At this point, Brown is considered to be week-to-week, so I’m sure there will be plenty of updates regarding his status next week.
