Steelers Sign LB Mike Reilly, Waive Kevin Anderson

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Wednesday that they’ve signed LB Mike Reilly to a contract and placed LB Kevin Anderson on waivers.

Reilly, 24, originally signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of William & Mary back in May of last year. He was unfortunately unable to make the 53-man roster coming out of the preseason.

The Cardinals later elected to sign him to a future/reserve contract after the season. However, he was cut loose a few weeks after this year’s draft to make room for undrafted rookie signings.

During his time at College of William & Mary, Reilly recorded 27 career sacks, including 11 last season.
