Steelers Sign Second-Round WR James Washington

Jordan Schultz reports that the Steelers have agreed to terms with second-round WR James Washington on a four-year deal.

Washington becomes the fourth Steelers’ draft pick to sign his rookie deal.

Washington, 22, was selected with the No. 60 overall pick in the second round by the Steelers. According to OverTheCap.com, he receives a four-year, $4,501,346 contract that includes a $1,353,704 signing bonus.

During his college career at Oklahoma State, Washington caught 226 passes for 4,472 yards receiving and 39 touchdowns. He also rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown on nine carries over the course of four seasons and 51 games played.
