Steelers Waive TE Rashaun Allen From Practice Squad, Sign OT Keavon Milton

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced that they’ve waived TE Rashaun Allen from their practice squad and signed OT Keavon Milton to the unit on Tuesday.

The Steelers’ practice squad now consists of:

  1. DL Johnny Maxey Jr
  2. WR Demarcus Ayers
  3. OT Keavon Milton
  4. DE Caushaud Lyons
  5. LB Travis Feeney
  6. RB Daryl Richardson
  7. DB Jacob Hagen
  8. RB Karlos Williams
  9. DB Al-Hajj Shabazz
  10. OT Matt Feiler

Allen, 26, originally signed on with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent out of Southern University back in 2014. He lasted just a few months in Seattle before he was waived and later signed to the Vikings’ practice squad.

After just a few days in Minnesota, Allen returned to the Seahawks. The Saints would later sign him to their practice squad last season before cutting him loose coming out of the preseason.

Allen later signed on to the Steelers’ practice squad at the start of the season.

In 2014, Allen appeared in a single game for the Seahawks, but did not record a statistic.
