Steelers Waive WR Jasper Collins, Sign WR C.J. Goodwin

According to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post, the Steelers have waived WR Jasper Collins and signed WR C.J. Goodwin.

Collins, 22, signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Mount Union following the 2013 NFL Draft. He would later sign to the Browns practice squad before eventually signing a reserve/future contract with Pittsburgh in December.

There isn’t a lot of information available for Goodwin. He initially attended Fairmont State University before later transferring to California University of Pennsylvania and finishing out his college career.

Goodwin also participated in the Detroit combine a little over a month ago.
