Steve Johnson Recovering In Time For Sunday’s Game?

Joe Buscaglia of WGR 550 tweets that Bills WR Stevie Johnson practiced Friday “without a noticeable hitch in his step” which comes one day after reports mentioned that Johnson was noticeably limping through practice.

Buscaglia adds that “I’m thinking he’ll play Sunday.”

The Bills will get their biggest test of the short season as they’re up against the New England Patriots. Buffalo has played the Patriots tight in years past and New England’s secondary has been porous of late which makes the return of Johnson even more important. Early in the week Buffalo lost WR Roscoe Parrish for the season so it will be important for them to have as many weapons available as possible which is why C.J. Spiller was getting playing at receiver.
