Supplemental Draft Prospect RB Jalen Overstreet Has Felony Charge Dropped

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Sam Houston State RB Jalen Overstreet had his felony charge for credit card abuse recently dropped.

It, obviously, can’t hurt his draft prospects to have a felony wiped out before the upcoming Supplemental Draft.

However, Jason Cole of B/R reported a few weeks ago that of the six eligible players for this year’s Supplemental Draft, Purdue DT Ra’Zahn Howard is likely the only player in position to be drafted, somewhere between rounds 5-7.

The other eligible players in this year’s Supplement Draft include: Ole Miss CB Tee Shepard, Virginia Tech LS Eddie D’Antuono, University of Calgary WR Rashaun Simonise and Concordia DE Cameron Walton.

Overstreet rushed for 1,652 yards on 282 carries (5.9 YPC) to go along with 16 touchdowns and 194  yards receiving over the course of three years at Sam Houston State
