Buffalo Bills LB Paul Posluszny discussed his free agent preferences during an interview with Sirius NFL Radio last week. Posluszny mentioned that he would consider signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers if he chooses to re-sign with the Buffalo Bills.
Charlie Campbell of Pewter Report reports that the Buc’s do have some interest in pursuing Posluszny during free agency.
Tampa Bay will ultimately have to make decision regarding Barrett Ruud who will also be a free agent in the coming weeks. If they choose to pass on him, Posluszny would be a great addition to young defense that’s on the rise.
The Detroit Lions and the New York Giants have both been rumored to be interested in him as well. Giants defensive coordinator Perry Fewell was the Bills interim head coach a few seasons ago and may have the advantage in luring Posluszny to New York.
