Ian Rapoport reports that there are a “few” interested teams in a potential trade for Broncos QB Trevor Siemian and they’re continuing to shop him around the league.
- According to Benjamin Allbright, the Falcons and Jets could both be potential landings spot for Siemian.
Siemian’s 2017 season ended with him being placed on injured reserve after he suffered a subluxation, or partial dislocation, of his left shoulder.
Siemian, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He’s entering the final year of his four-year, $2.33 million contract and stands to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.
In 2017, Siemian threw for 2,285 yards while completing 59 percent of his passes to go along with 12 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 36 quarterback out of 39 qualifying players.
