Tennessee RB Alvin Kamara To Meet With Bears After Visiting Panthers

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Tennessee RB Alvin Kamara has scheduled a pre-draft visit with the Bears for Wednesday after he finishes up his meeting with the Panthers on Tuesday.

Kamara has previously taken pre-draft visits and met the Eagles, Vikings, and Bears.

Kamara, 21, began his college career at Alabama but spent just one year there before transferring to Hutchinson Community College for the 2014 season. Kamara transferred to Tennessee a year later and spent his final two years of eligibility there.

During his two years at Tennessee, Karam rushed for 1,294 yards on 210 carries (6.2 YPC) to go along with 74 receptions for 683 yards receiving and 23 total touchdowns over the course of 24 games. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 4 running back prospect in this year’s draft class and the No. 45 player overall.

We have him being selected by the Eagles in the Second Round of our 2017 NFL Mock Draft.
