Wide Receiver Terrell Owens has confirmed via his twitter account that he is no longer a member of the Seattle Seahawks.
Owens tweeted the following on his official account:
“I’m no longer a Seahawk. I THANK the organization 4 the opportunity, I’m truly blessed beyond belief. My FAITH is intact & will NOT waiver. “
Seattle had been the only team to give Owens a shot during the preseason, but ultimately made the decision to part ways in favor of Braylon Edwards. Owens was disappointing  during the two games that he played with Seahawks. The dropped passes most likely led to this decision.
Owens, 38, will have hard time finding work after the failed experiment in Seattle.
