Texans DL Brandon Ivory has been arrested on first degree burglary charges by the Tuscaloosa Police Department in Alabama on Wednesday morning, per Alex Byington.

Accompanied by one other suspect, both were charged with two counts of first degree burglary, and are being held in a Tuscaloosa County jail with a $120,000 bond.

Ivory and the other suspect were said to have “kicked in” the victims backdoor, stole two Apple Ipads and money, while assaulting one of the victims. One of the suspects were said to be carrying an assault rifle, with the other handling a knife. After fleeing the scene in a gray 2003 Toyota Corolla, police responded to an apartment complex of the two perpetrators to find the stolen items and weapons.

Ivory, 23, joined the Texans in May as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Alabama. At this point, it seems highly unlikely that he will continue to hold a roster spot with Houston if the charges stick.

We will provide more information regarding Ivory as the news becomes available.
