Texans HC Bill O’Brien said RT Seantrel Henderson out for the season with a significant ankle injury that will require surgery, per Sarah Barshop.


ike Garafolo reports that Texans RT Seantrel Henderson suffered a broken bone in his ankle.

According to Garafolo, it remains to be seen how long Henderson will miss with this injury.

Henderson, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Bills back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,270,880 rookie contract and made a base salary of $690,000 for the 2017 season.

The Texans signed Henderson to a one-year, $4 million contract that includes a $1.7 million base salary back in March.

In 2017, Henderson was limited to being active for seven games for the Bills.
