Texans Sign DT Brandon Dunn Off Bears’ Practice Squad

Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans are signing DT Brandon Dunn off of the Bears’ practice squad on Tuesday.

Dunn, 23, signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of back in May of last year. He spent most of his rookie season on the Bears’ practice squad before being promoted to their active roster in November.

Chicago waived Dunn a few weeks ago, but later added him to their practice squad.

In 2014, Dunn appeared in three games for Chicagoand recorded a tackle and a pass defense.

This season, Dunn has appeared in one game and has two total tackles to his credit.
