Texans Sign Third-Round RB D’onta Foreman, Wrap Up Draft Class

The Houston Texans have signed third-round RB D’onta Foreman to a four-year rookie contract, according to John McClain.

The Texans have now officially locked up their entire 2017 draft class with this move.

Foreman, 21, was selected with the No. 89 overall pick by the Texans. According to OverTheCap.com, Foreman will receive a four-year contract worth $3,159,484, which includes a signing bonus of $759,484.

During his three-year college career at Texas, Foreman recorded 431 rushing attempts for 2,774 yards (6.4 YPC) for 20 touchdowns while also having 13 receptions for 146 yards receiving (11.2 YPC).
