Texans Willing To Give Arian Foster A Huge Season Workload?

Texans head coach Gary Kubiak seemed open to the idea of giving RB Arian Foster around 400 or more touches this season, per Nick Scurfield of HoustonTexans.com

He can handle it; I know that. You never know how the season’s going to go.” said Kubiak.

Scurfield mentioned that at the current pace of touches Foster is getting to be unrealistic and Foster has a history of injury concerns, so giving him close 400 touches this season could be an issue moving forward.

One other note; backup running back Ben Tate has a sore toe and will undergo X-rays sometime soon, per John McClain.
