Adam Caplan of ESPN reports that the Texans worked out DE Kendall Reyes and DT Lars Koht on Tuesday.
This is the first reported interest in Reyes since he was waived by the Redskins last week.
Reyes, 27, is a former second-round pick of the Chargers back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with the Chargers before signing a one-year, $2.5 million contract with the Redskins this offseason.
Unfortunately, the Redskins elected to cut him loose in a move that freed up $2 million in available cap space for Washington.
In 2016, Reyes has appeared in two games and recorded five tackles and no sacks.
