Texans Worked Out LS Jon Condo

Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans recently worked out former Raiders long snapper Jon Condo.

As of now, the Texans have Jonathan Weeks on their roster at long snapper, so it’s possible they could add something competition before the start of OTAs in the coming weeks.

Condo, 36, originally signed on with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent out of Maryland back in 2005. He bounced around a bit at the start of his career with the Cowboys and Patriots before catching on with the Raiders during the 2006 season.

Condo spent the past 11 years with the Raiders before they made the decision to move on from him this offseason.

In 2017, Condo appeared in all 16 games for the Raiders and recorded one tackle.
