Levitre and Vasquez represent the two best interior offensive lineman in this year’s free agent class, so it’s not surprising to see these specific teams mentioned as potential landing spots.
What is curious, however, is the fact that the Bills weren’t more aggressive in trying to re-sign Levitre before now. He mentioned that he would be willing to discuss a potential return, but the team had not reached to him at all in the past few weeks.
The Chargers would like to keep Vasquez from leaving, but he seems poised to test the open market, so unless San Diego is prepared to pay him top-dollar, it seems more likely that he’ll be playing elsewhere next season.
