Titans Could Target Auburn RB Tre Mason In Round 2?

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean mentions that Auburn RB Tre Mason could be in play for the Titans in round two.

However, Wyatt admits that the team could wait until the third round to address the position, but adds that the Titans do like Mason.

Other running backs like LSU’s Jeremy Hill, West Virginia’s Charles Sims & Towson’s Terrance West all took pre-draft visits to Tennessee and could be in play for the Titans.

Ohio State’s Carlos Hyde appears to be the consensus top running back in this year’s class, but his skill set could be similar to that of Shonn Greene to some degree.

Since parting ways with Chris Johnson, the Titans have been rumored to be a landing spot for running backs, so we’ll have to see if they consider some of these options on Friday.
