Titans Express Interest In Steelers OLB Jason Worilds

According to Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean, the Titans have expressed interest in Steelers free agent OLB Jason Worilds

Last we heard regarding Worilds, Dianna Marie Russini reported that the Eagles are expected to target him in free agency, but there hasn’t been much regarding this idea in recent days.

Worilds is in a great position to cash in the coming days given that he’s among the best available pass rushers in this year’s free agent market.

Worilds has come up as speculative option for the Titans in recent weeks, now that they’ve added Dick LeBeau to their defensive coaching staff and they have a clear need at outside linebacker.

Worilds, 26, appeared in all 16 games for the Steelers this past season and recorded 59 tackles, 7.5 sacks, one interception, a forced fumble and two recoveries.

Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 11 outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense out of 46 qualifying players. We have Worilds listed as the No. 26 player in our Top 100 Free Agents list.
