Titans Fielding Offers For No. 33 Pick, Steelers Could Be Interested In Moving Up

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Titans are, in fact, entertaining offers for top pick in round two.

  • Schefter mentions that a number of teams at the top of the second round are taking phones regarding their.
  • Schefter specifically mentions that the Steelers could be a team to watch in a potential trade up.

Bob Holtzman mentioned that if the Titans were to keep the No. 33 overall pick, they could target an offensive tackle or possibly draft a wide receiver.

The Buccaneers are reportedly willing to move back as well, but with some good tackles still available, they could hold onto the pick and try to solidify their offensive line.

There are a few good offensive tackles worth consideration including Pittsburgh’s T.J. Clemmings, Penn State’s OT Donovan Smith and Oregon’s Jake Fisher. As for receivers, Dorial Green-Beckham, ASU’s Jaelen Strong, and OSU’s Devin Smith are among the notable names still on the board.

For what it’s worth, we have the Titans taking LSU CB Jalen Collins at No. 33 in our second-round mock draft, but it sounds like they prefer to go offense here.

We’ll have more updates regarding  potential trades as the news is available.
