The Tennesee Titans officially placed DB Bennett Okotcha on the reserve/retired list Tuesday.
This means that the Titans will hold his rights should he change his mind about retirement and attempt a comeback at some point.
Okotcha, 24, wound up signing on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent from Texas-San Antonio back in May of last year. He was unfortunately waived with an injury designation at the start of the preseason and spent the entire year on the Titans’ injured reserve list.
During his college career at Texas-San Antonio, Okotcha recorded 98 tackles, no sacks, a forced fumble, a recovery, six interceptions and 22 pass defenses.
