The Tennessee Titans officially placed DB John Green on injured reserve after passing through waivers unclaimed on Wednesday.
Green, 23, signed on with the Titans as an undrafted free agent out of Connecticut back in May. Tennesee elected to waive him with an injury designation to make room for WR Mekale McKay.
During his four-year college career at Connecticut, Green recorded 50 total tackles and 13 pass defenses.
