Titans Place DE Kourtnei Brown On Injured Reserve

The Tennessee Titans officially placed DE Kourtnei Brown on injured reserve Friday after he passed through waivers unclaimed.

Brown, 29, originally signed on with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent out of Clemson back in 2012. Since then, Brown has played for a number of teams including the Redskins, Bills, Lions, Rams, Texans and Buccaneers.

Brown was waived by the Buccaneers coming out of the preseason last year and later signed on to their practice squad before eventually joining the Titans toward the end of the season. Tennessee brought Brown back on a future/reserve contract this past January.

The Titans waived him with an injury designation on Thursday.

In 2015, Brown appeared in five games and recorded two tackles.
