The Tennessee Titans are placing G Chance Warmack on injured reserve after he elected to undergo surgery on his injury finger, per Terry McCormick.

Warmack, 25, was taken with the No. 10 overall pick by the Titans back in 2013. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $12.166 million rookie contract and stands to make a base salary of $675,000 in 2016.

The Titans declined to pick up his fifth-year option that would have run the Titans $11.9 million in 2017.

This season, Warmack appeared in two games for the Titans and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 59 guard out of 69 qualifying players.
