Titans Re-Sign DL Karl Klug & LB Nate Palmer

The Tennessee Titans announced Thursday that they’re re-signing DL Karl Klug and LB Nate Palmer.

Klug’s 2016 season, unfortunately, ended with him suffering a torn Achilles.

Klug, 28, is a former fifth-round pick of the Titans back in 2011. He played out the final year of his two-year, $3.75 million contract and was testing the open market for the first time in his career.

In 2016, Klug appeared in 14 games and recorded 26 tackles, 1.5 sacks and a pass defense for the Titans.

Palmer, 27, is a former sixth-round pick of the Packers back in 2013. He spent three years in Green Bay before he was waived in April of last year and later claimed off of waivers by the Titans. He played out the final year of his rookie contract and was testing the open market for the first time.

In 2016, Palmer appeared in 14 games for the Titans and recorded 12 tackles.

We had Klug featured in our Top 100 – 2017 Free Agents list.
