Titans Re-Sign OL Chris Spencer

The Tennessee Titans announced that they have reached an agreement with veteran OL Chris Spencer on Wednesday.

Paul Kuharsky of ESPN.com mentioned earlier in the day that Spencer could be a fallback option for the Titans depending on what happened with free agents Uche Nwaneri and Garrett Reynolds and Eric Olsen during their visits to Tennessee.

Spencer, 32, appeared in all 16 games for the Titans last season. However, it’s more likely that he will serve as a backup to Brian Schwenke next season.
