Titans Sign TE Chase Coffman, Waive WR T.J. Graham

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that the Titans have signed veteran TE Chase Coffman to a contract on Tuesday and waived WR T.J. Graham.

Coffman, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals. After spending a little over three years in Cincinnati, Coffman later signed on with Falcons in 2012. The Titans signed him to a contract in early August, but he was unfortunately among their final roster cuts a month ago.

Last year, he played just 28 offensive snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.

Graham, 25, was a third-round pick of the Bills back in 2012. Buffalo placed him on waivers as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players close to a month ago, but Tennessee wound up claiming him off of waivers.

Last year, he appeared in all 16 games for the Bills and caught 23 passes for 361 yards receiving and two touchdowns.
