Titans Sign TE Phillip Supernaw, Waive DT Lucas Vincent

The Tennessee Titans announced the signing of TE Phillip Supernaw on Tuesday, as well as the release of DT Lucas Vincent.

Supernaw, 25, originally signed on with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Ouachita Baptist back in 2012. He spent two years with Houston before he was placed on waivers this past May.

Baltimore later signed him to their practice squad after they made their final roster cuts at the end of August. The Chiefs later signed him to their active roster, but wound up waiving him just a few weeks later.

Baltimore brought Supernaw back towards the end of the 2014 season only to place him on waivers following the most recent draft.

Supernaw appeared in eight games for the Ravens and Chiefs last year and caught three passes for 30 yards receiving. Pro Football Focus has him down for playing just 33 total snaps.
